Biggest problem in Japan that I think is job hunting.

So, I am against the system. The first reason is that the period is too short despite having to decide life.
In overseas, college students often work in society. Working on site is important. As the grades are important, many students desperately study the future. Age and humanity take precedence over experience in Japan. First of all, about human nature. In Japan, job hunting activities begin all at once. For the company, every student is an amateur.
